**About the role**:
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering all sales units ready for launching. You will work with the Sales Managers, Sales Progressor and Head of Sales developing relationships with Project Managers, Solicitors and the Sales Agents to ensure that all schemes/units are ready to launch within the specified time frames between 3-6 months.

You will be responsible for daily ad hoc sales paperwork and enquiries whilst liaising with Project Managers and Heads of Acquisitions to acquire the right information to instruct the sales agents when needed. You will also be required to assist the Sales Team when needed for general sales paperwork and accounts.

This role will be hybrid working from our Covent Garden office.

**Key duties include**:

- Liaise with project managers, solicitors and the sales team to ensure schemes/units are ready to launch.
- Provide our external sales agents with all the required information to quickly & efficiently market our developments.
- Perform general office administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the department - e.g. filing, photocopying, fielding telephone calls etc.
- Track outstanding items missing for each development and report back to the specific project manager to chase the missing documentation.
- Carrying out monthly market research around areas we are currently selling in and report back with updates and information on what's selling and what isn't.
- Ensure all customers receive a high-quality service throughout the sales process.
- Ensure full compliance with the affordability and eligibility criteria, meeting any given guidelines form any governing body.
- Ensure that relevant information is received from Selling Agents and this in turn is saved onto our inhouse systems.
- Provide weekly reports on outstanding documents and what has been instructed in that week.
- Working with the Sales Managers, research and instruct interior companies to fit out show home units ensuring value for money and quality is priority for Sage.
- Inform the Sales Managers when valuations are due to expire to ensure all sales have a valid valuation on file and the point of reservation.
- Work with the Marketing Team to ensure properties are uploaded onto web portals as necessary.
- Work closely with the Sales Progressor to ensure a smooth transition for the customer from launch through to reservation and completion.
