land&water is a fast-growing brand within the Watergate Bay Hotel group. You’ll join our small and friendly team supporting our manager and founder and add your energy, interpersonal skills and organisational know-how to our team.
We’re looking for a self-motivated, meticulous administrator to support our growth. We are dreaming big and you will be integral to helping us realise our dreams.
Fulfilling both wholesale and retail orders, managing stock, maintaining reports and building team and customer relationships you’ll share the spirit of our brand. A key member of our team, you’ll work closely with our manager in all that they do. As well as delivering daily tasks, you’ll help us thrive by being prepared to turn your hand to all aspects of the business when necessary.

**What you’ll do**:

- You’ll ensure the timely, well-presented, and cost-efficient delivery of customer orders.
- You’ll communicate effectively to deliver excellent customer service
- You’ll assist in stock control by forecasting stock requirements and cost-effective procurement, maintaining stock levels and ensuring all items are fit for purpose and efficiently rotated, moving and lifting stock when necessary.
- You’ll assist in maintaining our website to the benefit of customers and the business
- You’ll maintain regular and accurate reporting and carry out team administrative tasks as required
- You’ll follow operating procedures to ensure high standards
- You’ll develop effective relationships with team members, customers and third parties.

**What you offer**:

- Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable
- Excellent organisation skills
- A friendly manner and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and care is essential
- Proficiency in Excel
- Confidence to work independently as well as being a team player
- Experience in Ecommerce would be a bonus
