We're currently searching for an Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our garages and retail stores.
Reporting directly to the Group Services & Contracts Manager, the you'll be responsible for providing day-to-day support to our garages and retail stores. You'll play a vital role in maintaining supplier relationships, ensuring SLAs are met, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance service delivery. In addition, you'll step in to support the Group Services Manager and GNFR Services Managers as needed. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with a mix of on-site presence and remote work.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the GNFR and procurement teams to manage and administer contracts for various services such as Energy, Waste, Uniforms, Storage, Cleaning, and Stationery.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in service levels, cost-efficiency, and operational excellence for Retail and Garage contracts.
- Provide responsive support to Field, Stores, and Garages, swiftly resolving issues related to third-party contracts.
- Work alongside Retail/HAC Channel Performance Manager(s) to develop insightful reports that measure and support field management in achieving customer proposition goals, compliance, and SLA targets.
- Assist in reviewing P&L reports for Store, Garages, and Field teams, ensuring targets are met by offering valuable support and focus.
- Oversee equipment repair management and ensure efficient processes are in place.
- Manage invoice processing, purchase order requests, and expenditure tracking through detailed reporting.
