Sales Consultant - Hybrid Role

Who our client is Seeking:
Our client is lookout for a sales Consultant who thrives on engaging conversations and is deeply motivated by connecting with people. In this role, you'll spearhead both B2B and B2C sales efforts across various channels, predominantly through phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Consultant, you'll primarily engage with potential customers, leveraging leads primarily generated from online marketing. Your tasks will include qualifying leads, aligning customer needs with our services, and ultimately closing deals while meticulously documenting each step of the process.

Key Tasks Include:

- Collaborating with the Head of Partnerships within the Commercial team to pitch the company and convert prospects into opportunities, both B2B and B2C.
- Embracing the startup ethos by actively contributing to presentations and other documentation essential for closing deals.
- Working toward set targets and proactively seeking clarification when needed.
- Assisting the broader team with sales, operational, and customer service tasks.
- Engaging with senior team members to brainstorm strategies for acquiring new business and servicing clients effectively.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from £27,500 to £30,000, along with commission. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits including employer pension contributions, gym memberships, annual blood tests, weekly team lunches, quarterly social events, and a personal development budget.
