**Customer Liaison Officer**

Building strong links within Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and the health sector to deliver refurbishment projects in the North-West and surrounding areas. DLP Services Northern Ltd has long term opportunities for Customer Liaison Officers on several social housing-based construction sites. Working on residential properties to renew and refurbish roofs and roofline, you will be the first point of contact for all Customers on the scheme regarding property refurbishments.

Location: Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside - Full UK Driving Licence

**Salary**: £22,800 - £27,040 dependant on experience/qualifications
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week - (core hours 8am-4.30pm - 30mins lunch) Mon-Fri
Remuneration Package; 31 days holiday (inc 8 days bank holiday) uniform, laptop, phone & vehicle allowance/allocated vehicle.

**CUSTOMER LIAISON OFFICER JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Liaising closely with Customers & Scheme Manager regarding access and programme of works
- Assisting and liaising with Site Managers, Supervisors and the Client
- Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
- Post pre-introduction letters to all tenants on the programme - introduce yourself to tenants as main point of contact throughout the scheduled programme and deal with any problems/queries that tenant may have
- Completing pre-entry surveys on tenant’s houses including taking photos/videos of internal & external areas that could be affected by roofing works front & rear elevations (internal ceilings in bedroom/bathroom) advise them of estimated start & completion dates
- Keeping in contact with tenants throughout & on completion of the works to ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Management of client systems & trackers (Iplanned/Mi Housing etc)
- Ensure quick and appropriate resolution of tenant claims/compensation requests (following the company procedure & escalation process on complaints that remain unresolved on site)
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- If required; Distribute & Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms
- If required; liaise with relevant service suppliers (gas, broadband, telephone)

**Applicant will need**:

- Full UK Driving Licence is Essential
- Be honest, reliable, punctual with excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise work load & work proactively with mínimal supervision
- Take complete care of Company Assets/Vehicles
- First Aid at Work (if expired to be covered by DLP)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
