We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workforce Intelligence Lead hosted by Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust. In this role you will bringing together stakeholders to establish effective collaborations to support evidence-based decision making to support workforce transformation across Health and Care.

You will have experience of analysing and interpreting complex data and have strong communication skills.

This role will be part of the SEL ICS People Function the post holder will report into the Head of Workforce Strategy and Planning.

**On a day-to-day basis, the post holder will**:

- Consider national policy and insights, undertake detailed scoping of workforce planning options and lead delivery of analysis to support a range of projects across the breadth of the programme.
- Support the ICS Workforce Programme to embed integrated workforce planning into system transformation planning at various levels
- Design and deliver an accurate reporting system that allows assessment of risks to workforce supply and recommendations for mitigating steps
- Support planning cycles through analysis and modelling of workforce data

This post is part of the SEL ICS Workforce Programme hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and as such the post holder will be an employee of GSTT and expected to adhere to the Trust values and standards.
