**Job Description - Administration Role for Farming Estate**

Stratton Farms are a 5,000 acre diversified rural business, focusing on arable farming, renewable energy and commercial property, with a strong environmental footprint.

We have a fantastic opportunity available on our busy and diverse property side for a right-hand person to assist with the day-to-day running of a number of areas under the Stratton umbrella.

The position would suit a highly proactive person who is flexible, extremely reliable, with excellent organisational skills, and has proven experience operating in a fast-moving business environment.

Full support to the owners, and assistance to the wider team when required
- Overseeing the 60 tenants across our residential and commercial portfolio
- Managing the properties, organising maintenance and repairs as necessary
- Leading on the recruitment of new tenants to fill vacancies and new builds
- Managing the checkouts for outgoing tenants
- Organising the smooth onboarding of new tenants
- On-the-ground assistance at our two AirBnb’s, and assuming responsibility for the smooth running of these.
- Helping out with the smooth management of our event spaces
- Data Input / Reconciling transactions
- Utility bill management
- Social Media Marketing
- Any other ad hoc duties requested by the Owners

**Note**:
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Warminster: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
