**HOT JOB THIS WEEK - NEW HOMES SALES NEGOTIATOR - HAMPSHIRE**
My client are a high end residential developer who are currently looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Hampshire
Day to day duties:
- Selling property off plan from a show home, seeing the sale through until the end
- Calling & chasing up appointments
- Some sales progressing & liaising with the sales progression team
- Negotiating offers with customers
- Calling through internal database
