**Key responsibilities**:
Requesting financial documents from accountants ahead of starting claims
Chasing accountants for filing confirmations to assist the team in meeting their targets
File naming and saving information on to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Creating PDF documents for the Account Management team to send to clients and accountants
Drafting letters for the account management team to send to clients
Record all activity and tasks within the CRM
Any other data entry of claim figures into the CRM system
Any other general support for the team
**What the client are looking for**:
Confident telephone manner
Able to use standard Microsoft Office programmes
Can understand and follow the procedures surrounding confidentiality and working with confidential information.
Excellent time management skills
