You'll be a valuable member of the Warehouse Team, contributing to the success of our business whilst working with a great team of people and having fun along the way

You will work to find solutions and ensure that everything we do enables us to deliver on our promises to our customers and exceed expectations. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun alongthe way
- Communication of KPI’s to the team
- Plan and schedule the shift’s work, assigning activities to the team
- Hold start of shift huddles
- Team motivation
- Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion
- Work with Distribution/Customer services to assist in customer liaison
- Staff utilisation and rota planning
- Providing training and direction to team members were required
- Absence management
