**Support Worker waking nights ( full and part time) £9.90 per hour**

At Making Space our focus is upon building relationships, connecting communities and providing quality care as unique as the people we support.

Due to expansion, we have a new opportunity available for additional support workers working waking nights to join the team at our Knowsley Supported Living Service Bluebell Lane, L36 7XY.

In the new year the service will be transitioning to provide a 24 service for people with a mental health diagnosis and will support people in crisis short term for up to 2 years to a point where they can move on. The service also provides a crisis emergency bed.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
You will be supporting adults on a person centered basis to live independently in their own properties helping them move towards independent accommodation. Tasks will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, check in visits and domestic tasks.

Full time will be working 36 hours per week doing 3 x 12 hour shifts. Part time will also be considered.

Qualifications:
