Purchase Ledger Clerk
Contract - 6 months+
Immediate start
Rate £14.25 per hour + holiday pay
Location - Dalgety Bay
35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Our client, a successful and innovative manufacturing engineering business is seeking to appoint a well-organised and capable Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy Finance Team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be proficient on IT systems including Microsoft packages, particularly Excel and in-house systems.
- Have confidence and experience of processing invoices.
- Strong communication skills
- Team focus

Duties will include:

- Matching and coding invoices
- Preparing and running BACS payments
- Entering supplier invoices onto system
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Dealing with supplier account queries
- Working out VAT payments
- Other financial admin duties as required.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am
- 4.30 pm, half hour unpaid break and Friday 8.30 am - 1.30 pm.
