We’re seeking a proactive administrator who can work across the organisation and get involved in different parts of the business - from the local skills development strategy (working with employers and providers on the skills strategy for Dorset) to events, membership and marketing. **MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

▪ Regularly updating the main project plan

▪ Maintaining the project CRM system (HubSpot)

▪ Support with communications to employers

▪ Assist in the development of e-newsletters

▪ Assist with formal project reporting

▪ Provide administrative support on events

▪ Assist with invoicing for project and tracking spend

▪ Supporting LSIP team members with diary management

▪ Provide administrative support to the membership team (including contacting members)

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**

**Personal skills**

▪ Strong administrative skills and attention to detail

▪ Confident (including telephone approach), outgoing and positive approach

▪ Strong IT skills

▪ Ability to work under pressure and multi-task

▪ Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team

**Knowledge and experience**

▪ Previous experience of an administration role essential

▪ Previous experience of CRM systems desirable

**Other requirements**

▪ Able to travel and attend events and other functions off-site as required

▪ Car owner with valid driving license
