Some of the key responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact for GB queries & training.
- Having a clear understanding of the current systems used to educate the wider Ag team and external growers.
- Support the Digital Transformation Manager to carry out new system training to internal and external stakeholders.
- Reactive investigation into problems raised; creating an online incident to track when system issues arise and then retest to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Responsible for developing and providing relevant reporting of project status.
- Liaise with stakeholders to build effective reports, meeting their and the business needs.
- Manage new/existing user accounts for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure required data is complete and up to date; conduct random audit checks for verification.
The working hours will be Monday -Friday (open to a conversation regarding the hours) the hourly rate will be £15.00 -£16.00 per hour, this could be negotiable depending on experience. After a suitable training period you will have hybrid working options.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
