Business Sales Administrator

- Contribute towards achieving sales targets by managing order integration fallout & processing existing customer upgrades
- Verify customer information across multiple CRM systems
- Challenge any activity that could potentially jeopardise order activation that would impact the customer experience
- Attend real-time update meetings with team managers to ensure awareness of order issues
- Recommendation of process documentation updates and improvements
- Provide regular order reports, including commentary, analysis of impacts and subsequent action taken as a result.
- Contact customers to finalise orders and on occasion process payments
- Expediting orders through internal liaison
- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested
