**Job Title** - Production Operative

Hours of work - Monday - Thursday 07am - 4pm and Friday 7am - 1:30pm (overtime available)

**Pay** - £11 per hour

**Role** - The role of the factory operative is to produce the required levels of output in accordance with the standard operating procedure and also within the confines of the individual risk assessment of your immediate work area.From time to time support the needs of the business by re-deploying them to other arears of the manufacturing process in order to meet operational KPI’s of OTIF and efficiency.

**Mandatory Responsibilities**
- Adherence to all organizational policies, standard operational procedures, including legal responsibilities in relation to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality.
- Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel in order to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity.
- Represent the organization in a positive way as to avoid the damage of corporate image or bringing the company into disrepute.
- Promote and Display the Epwin Core Values.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Train and develop in accordance with your skills training matrix and the needs of the business
- Ensure that you perform your job in line with all risk assessments within your work area or other areas where you are required to work
- Work efficiently and in line with the requests of your team leader and supervisor
- Ensure daily plans and deadlines are met to delight customers with customer service levels.

- Ensure risk assessments are carried out and kept up to date.
- Ensure all accidents and near misses are punctually reported to your supervisor and or team leader
