Warehouse Operative

Responsibilities:

- Perform various warehouse duties including but not limited to: receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment
- Build and assemble product displays
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage or loss
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate warehouse machinery safely
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400) or ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £11.00-£18.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Upton (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Upton: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
