Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Therapy Assistant to work in **Cirencester**. This position is initially for a period of 3 months and is paying £14.56 (paid to you via an umbrella company). The role involves working part-time (22.5 hours per week). The days you work can be flexible.

**The role**:
As a Therapy Assistant, you will undertake basic assessments and interventions of occupational performance needs of individuals and adults with a wide range of needs and disabilities. You will provide advice and training on lifestyle changes and adaptations to the physical, psychological and social environment to meet the occupational performance needs of individuals.
As a Therapy Assistant you will work as part of a community based team who listen to the people of Gloucestershire, to understand what really matters and to connect them to resources that help them continue with their chosen life, either with support or independently. You will be working with team members and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure a smooth service.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Level 3 QCF/Diploma/NVQ qualification in health and social care or relevant experience.
- **Experience**: 2+ years working within a similar role.
- **Compliance**: Current DBS and 2 x references.
- **Travel**: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently.
- **Hours**: 22.5 hours p/w.
