**Job Description**:
We are recruiting permenant cleaners to work for a housing association. The association has housing estates based across Luton. The role involves driving to set locations and cleaning the communal areas, this can included but not limited to vacuum cleaning the carpeted areas, mopping floors, emptying bins, litter picking outside areas. You will work in teams of two. The work isn't heavy but you do need to be physically fit. Ability to communicate in English is essential as there will be instruction via phone and face to face contact with the residents.
You MUST have a UK driving licence.
You will need to have a basic disclosure check completed and provide 3 years previous work/ educational history
The company will provide you a vehicle that you can take home to travel to and from work.
The starting salary is £12.74.
The working hours are 7.00am - 3.00pm Monday -Friday with 1/2 hour break.
