**Overview**:
Responsible for the daily running of the entire bar and restaurant areas. To coordinate staffing and organize and supervise the running of service.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Maintains existing Food & Beverage programmes and develops new concepts/strategies that ensure the highest possible quality of food service to meet guest members expectations and assure repeat business lead by example
- Ensure that colleagues meet all standards and performance, appearance and service provision, determines assignments and division of responsibilities
- Ensures high standards for service and quality are met
- Ensures that all policies and procedures related to the operation of the restaurant are enforced and implemented appropriately, including personnel management, sanitation, food preparation and storage, alcoholic beverage service, cash and credit card processing, and health and safety
- Solicits and handles guest /member enquiries, comments, suggestions and concerns to provide answers or determine solutions. Follow up with guests/members to ensure satisfaction.
- Assists with staff meetings with the team and posts notices for colleagues to communicate goals, events and any changes to policy and/or procedures.
- Provides feedback to Restaurant Manager regarding such things as guests/members comments, ideas for service, improvement and strategies for revenue growth.
- Any other reasonable request by the Restaurant Manager

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
