We are looking for a bubbly, competent and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our friendly team in Par Market Food Hall. 33.75 hrs per week
- Wednesdays 7.30am - 5pm

Fridays 8am - 5pm

Saturdays 7.30am - 5pm

Sundays 8.15am - 5pm

Previous Supervisory and retail experience essential, in food an advantage.

Applicants must be reliable, friendly, trustworthy, approachable and work well under pressure, both individually and as part of a team. You must also be competent in overseeing your team and ensuring a smooth running of the shop. Wage will be reviewed after training and may also be dependent on experience.

**Daily duties include**:
Organising and displaying fresh bread and confectionary ready for sale.

Baking off savouries

Serving customers in a polite and professional manner.

Following food hygiene regulations at all times.

Carrying out temperature checks and completing daily records

Ordering

Ensuring shop displays are kept clean and tidy.

Cleaning and managing cleaning schedules

Training staff when required

Managing your team to ensure a smooth running of the shop

Previous retail experience.

Previous Supervisory experience
