**Job Title: Product Specialist**
**Job Location: Northampton**
**ABOUT THE ROLE-**
Effectively managing assigned tasks to contribute to the achievement of agreed customer service level commitments. Your duties within the ERIKS International office include:
- Processing and monitoring customer’s orders from initial enquiry through to delivery.
- Dealing with incoming calls and queries from overseas customers and suppliers.
- Make outgoing telesales calls to customers.
- Preparing quotations for customers.
- Make outgoing calls to suppliers and internal centres in the management of outstanding enquiries and orders.
- Contribute to operational effectiveness and planning through provision of information, feedback, and data to branch management in support of customer requirements.
- Always work in a manner that complies with ERIKS’ and customer’s health & safety policy.
- Contribute to branch operational efficiency by identifying potential improvements to ERIKS and/or customer processes.
- Always ensure a high level of customer service.
**Working Hours**:
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Weekly Hours: 40
Breaks: 1 hour
