Funding Services Executive

**Summary of Position**
The Funding Services Executive is a key role responsible for all aspects of funding services administration within managed print services and IT Solutions, following the deal process through from proposal to pay-out. The role requires paying high attention to detail with a pro-active, problem-solving attitude with a focus on providing daily support to Account Managers and liaising with Finance Houses to maintain effective wording relationships.

**Responsibilities**
- Credit clearing customers and investigating any credit rejections from the Finance House.
- Full audit of deal paperwork.
- Creation of customer accounts.
- Process all requests from Account Managers.
- Calculate upgrade and settlement figures.
- Invoicing of sales orders and settlements.
- Set up Internal Rental Lease agreements.
- Maintaining and reconciling Finance House prepay systems, settlements, and commissions.
- Resolving pay-out and new deal queries and chasing outstanding deals.
- Review and process Novation requests within the Finance House audit guidelines.
- Liaising with the Finance House Account managers on a regular basis.
- Inform the Funding Services manager of any required process changes and procedure guide updates.
- Willingness to train new staff and finance houses in each procedure.
- Assist with data analysis and generating relevant reports in the business, including scope, purpose & source with the aim of streamlining and enhancing existing reporting.
- Leverage existing data to identify areas where unfulfilled needs across the business can be met.
- Develop reporting capabilities across the business by collaborating with key stakeholders to understand requirements.
**Skills Requirements**
- Numerate and comfortable with complex calculations.
- Understanding of IT systems and the use of new tools and programmes.
- Ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with Key Stakeholders.
- Proactive and sense of urgency while paying excellent attention to detail.
- Work independently and take initiative whilst being energetic and self-motivated.
- High prioritisation and organisational skills with an ability to juggle multiple workloads.
- Ability to respond to change and feedback in a positive and proactive way.
- Inquisitiveness in respect of process and risk management.
- Strong system skills and a good level of excel capability to manipulate data to meet reporting requirements
