We’re currently worker alongside a authority in Lancashire who are looking to add experienced social workers to their Safeguarding service.

We are exclusively offering enhance rates for QSW’S with CP and court experience with enviable reference history.

If you’re a social worker who enjoys managing your diary and work well when trusted to manage your caseload this role will be ideal, the local authority entrusts its social workers and engages in regular supervision to ensure you are supported and confident with the work undertaken with the aim of impacting families in the area in a positive, engaging way.

Social workers within the team are encouraged to work at home wherever possible and manage their diaries autonomously - meaning you are trusted to complete the work in a way that suits you.

**What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker**:

- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK license.
- post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
