**The Role**

Key purpose of the role to maintain and improve the client's property portfolio and housing stock.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- To carry out the planning, specification, procurement, implementation, management, and delivery of a variety of planned work projects
- undertake stock condition surveys, measured surveys, defect inspections, project management or post-inspections

To be considered for this role you will require:

- HNC, HND, Degree relevant to the built environment
- 3 years' experience of working for a local authority, housing provider or other appropriate provider in a relevant field

The below skills would be beneficial for the role:

- Sound technical knowledge of Fire Safety, Asbestos, Building Services including Gas, Mechanical & Electrical services.
- Experience of contributing towards formulation, implementation, and delivery of investment programmes.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering **£19.63 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35**.
