**About the role**:
Customer Service Co-ordinator role within Global Expansion Market team offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a key growth driver for Reckitt. Incumbent will be part of supply team and will be responsible to coordinate all activities related to order processing, troubleshoot customer facing issue and day-to-day operations.

This role is a 9 month fixed term contract.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Improve overall customer service experience and create engaged customers
- Receive customer orders, process orders in SAP, coordinate dispatch with customer and warehouse
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is shared timely with customers
- Update order status and progress in internal database
- First point of contact for customer queries related to SKU information, order status, claims, etc.
- Attend weekly calls with customers to update order status, resolve outstanding queries
- Investigate customer complaints and drive actions
- Escalate to relevant stakeholders if issues are not resolved within agreed timeline
- Analyse data and compile reports for S&OP meetings and weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews

- Proficiency with Excel, SAP
- Creative approach to problem-solving particularly when data is limited, inconsistent, or unreliable
- Perform well in high pressure environment
- Customer service experience in high growth environment
- Ideally end-to-end supply service experience
- Good understanding of systems/ERP, ideally SAP implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills, strong track record of delivering outstanding performance
- Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously whilst maintaining good quality of work and achieve deadlines
