Property Viewer

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Description Summary**:
Lifestyle Property People is a leading property investment company that helps London investors build portfolios in the buoyant Sheffield property market. Due to our continued business growth, we are currently recruiting for a PROPERTY VIEWER to join our Sheffield team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrange viewings of all suitable properties - predominantly in S2, S3, S5, S6, S8, S9, S12, S13, S14, S20, S21
- View properties in a professional and efficient manner
- Complete viewing checklist and calculate refurbishment costs
- Build & nurture relationships with estate agents and other property professionals

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Time management skills
- Reliable and responsible individual
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to estimate refurbishment costs up to £30,000
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
- Local knowledge of the Sheffield area

**Requirements**:

- Use of own mobile phone & laptop
- Full, clean driving licence and use of own car

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Remuneration: £12.50 to £15 per hour (depending on experience)
- Flexible working hours (some weekend work may be required)

**Job Location**:
The position will be home-based and will require travel to view the properties within North, East and South Sheffield

**Contract Details**:

- Self Employed
- Ad Hoc basis
