This is a zero hours contract but hours are expected to be approximately 20 - 25 per week depending on demand and seasonal fluctuations in business. There may also be a requirement for more hours depending on the needs of the business.
**As an Accompanied Viewer your responsibilities will include;**
Meet and greet customers in a polite and professional manor.
Conduct viewings on sales and lettings properties showcasing them to potential buyers and tenants.
Conduct routine visits on our occupied lettings properties to ensure the properties our being maintained by existing tenants.
Conduct weekly property checks on behalf of our corporate clients.
Dealing with customer queries and questions and liaising with branch staff when necessary.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: £10,900.00 per year
