**Band C: £24,186 - £30,585 DOE**

Our Onboarding Team is responsible for ensuring new members of staff can start working with us as soon as possible. It is also our responsibility to ensure everyone receives a first-class experience and feels valued and informed every step of the way.

Our responsibility begins once the offer of employment has been accepted, from here we take responsibility for gathering pre-employment checks including references and right to work documentation and co-ordinate security clearance and any other required documentation.

Working closely with the Onboarding Administrators and Hiring Managers, you will need to drive efficient processing and continually look for service improvements. Reporting and at each stage of the process will also be important.

This role may suit someone already working in a similar environment but wanting to expand their knowledge and depth of skills or maybe you are someone working in a target driven customer service or recruitment type role looking for your next career step. Either way if you can demonstrate the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

- Experience of delivering a high level of proactive customer service
- Previous experience of working with KPIs/targets and achieving them
- Ability to influence when necessary to achieve the end goal
- Be able to demonstrate proactive working and previous experience of implementing service improvements
- Excellent communication skills and confident enough to professionally challenge when required

We offer flexible and remote working options, our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, we also offer full or part time hours to suit you. You can even choose which office you prefer to work from - Swindon, Newport, or Billingham
