Oxfam Shop Volunteer

**Oxfam Retail Charity Shop - VOLUNTEER - Sales/Cashier Assistants (over 18)**

In Beverley Shop we're dedicated to fighting poverty and inequality. Boost your **CV**, **confidence**, and **skills** by **getting customer service & sales experience here**.

We'll give you training and support so you can help us sell lots of goodies each week by providing customers and donors with amazing service.

We ask for 4 - 8 hours per week. We can be very **flexible** around parenting / caring / health / employment / education and any other commitments you have. Some travel and lunch expenses can be covered too. (Please Note: we are unable to take under 18’s at the present as our shops are at capacity with a waiting list.)

**If you have even a couple of hours to give to Oxfam, then we'd like to hear from you.**

- reliable and honest
- willing to learn new skills
- interested in working with a team
- Interested in meeting new people and making new friends

The Role:

- Operating the Till
- Giving Customers a great shopping experience
- Keeping the shop floor clean and tidy
- Assisting in creating eye catching displays on the shop floor
- Assisting with stocking and re-stocking the shop floor

**Shifts Available: Various 4 hour shifts in AM or PM**

Our shop complies with Covid-19 guidance and we aim to keep everyone safe with thorough cleaning and welfare procedures. Masks and gloves are provided.
