**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communicate vehicle-specific information to internal and external workshop staff.
- Deliver and collect Trust vehicles between Trust sites and external agents.
- Undertake extended road tests of vehicles to ensure they are ready for use.
- Perform basic vehicle checks and inspections according to Trust policy.
- Report any defects identified during collection, delivery, or road testing.
- Maintain records, such as vehicle daily checks and timesheets, both paper-based and electronic.

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE qualifications or equivalent in literacy and numeracy (Essential)
- Current full and valid driving license for classes B, C1, D1 with a maximum of 3 points (Essential)

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise with staff and managers at all levels within the Trust and external organizations
- Good telephone manner and ability to manage high volumes of work
- Ability to work independently, using initiative when appropriate
- Knowledge of vehicle operations and basic vehicle checks (Desirable)

**Experience**:

- Experience in a customer service environment (Essential)
- Previous fleet or vehicle sector experience (Desirable)

Pay: £13.15-£13.97 per hour
