We are a niche international recruitment agency based in Canary Wharf, London. We have quickly developed a reputation for providing high calibre niche tax professionals to some of the most high profile accountancy and law firms across North America and Europe. The locations we cover include East Coast USA, London, Switzerland, Frankfurt and Asia.

You will be mentored by our lead consultant and managing director who started the business from scratch 11 years ago. He will teach you how to become a persistent researcher where your primary goals are to help tax professionals into career enhancing job opportunities.
- You will be working across the European and North American (east coast) time zones.

What you will need;
- You will need to have a Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- At least 12 months experience in a phone based B2C or B2B role.
- Be a natural networker who is comfortable speaking with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Persuasive skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Work hard, play hard mentality
- Polished appearance. We dress for success everyday

Basic Salary is negotiable with uncapped OTE. Realistic year one OTE £40k, Year two £50k - £80k, Year 3 £60k +. Monthly dinners in some of London’s top restaurants for high achievers, team building events and overseas travel.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage recruitment efforts including but not limited to sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Manage applicant tracking and reporting systems to ensure accurate data entry into applicant tracking systems.
- Work with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for specific positions.
- Assist in preparation of job descriptions, job expectations, job descriptions that are aligned with company mission statement.
- Assist in preparation of job descriptions that are aligned with company values.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your manager or supervisor as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred or equivalent experience required.
- Previous experience in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience required. Recruiting experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with all levels of management; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to manage time efficiently; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; ability to prioritize work tasks; strong attention to detail; strong independent work ethic; flexibility; adaptability; sense of humor; sense of integrity; adaptability is a must

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
