**Keyresponsibilities of the role**: Assisting with the delivery of a new Trust website and the content management, content creation and upload to the new site. Gatekeeping the new Trust website. Ensuring all web-content, including pages, graphics, logos and meta data is compliant. Ensuring no non-compliant PDFs are uploaded to the website.Ensuring that all linked or hosted video or audio content is produced to the Trusts video guidelines and are accessible (subtitles, transcripts, or audio description as and when required).

Ensuring that all graphics and photography featured on the site are compliant with GDPR and Trust processes and meet accessibility guidance for images. Write, proofread, and edit content for our sites to ensure the highest standards of compliance for digitally hosted written content. Produce appropriate progress and performance reports relating to the websites analytics to help monitor usage, user experience and inform future development. Plan, coordinate and develop new creative and engaging content, images and pages with accessibility standards in mind, using various tools such as written content, video content, photography, podcasts, etc.

Have editorial responsibility for all website content and related social media content. Develop and maintain appropriate quality control systems to ensure compliance. To work as part of the wider Communications and Engagement team to support the Trust's communications channels. Ensuring the site is developed to meet the Trusts branding requirements and NHS branding requirements.

Create, source and maintain content to meet the Trust and NHS branding requirements to give the website a consistent and professional look and feel. Ensure that the Communications Team members are confident and supported to carry out day-to-day editing and upload responsibilities for the new website and can effectively operate the Trust website as part of our digital resources. Facilitate equality, diversity and accessibility, with regard to the internet site. Market and promote the website internally within the Trust to our staff and volunteers and externally to the public and our stakeholders via our digital communication channels and social media channels.

Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Help identify new opportunities for engaging with the public, stakeholders and staff/volunteers, working with the website project manager and digital communications managers. Provide advice, support and training to departments and individuals, to maximise internet effectiveness and use, and to ensure consistent format and content style. Liaise with external agencies as part of the website development project delivery team. Establish and maintain effective relationships across the Trust with website content producers to ensure adherence to accessibility compliance, branding guideline and engaging content.

Act as a gatekeeper for accessible and engaging content and as brand guardian for the website to help maintain the correct use of the Trust brand and image. Assist and support with the production, design and accessibility check of corporate documents to be hosted on the Trust website. such as the Annual Report and Trust strategies. Strategic Leadership and Service Development Assist in the development and implementation of an accessible Trust website.

Assist in the development and implementation of proactive website campaigns. Provide advice in regard to the Trust website. This includes on a day-to-day basis, and also as part of key Trust project development. As part of content creation for the site, assist with the development and maintenance of the Trust stock photo library and manage access and use of images in line with GDPR and Trust IPC/Health & Safety compliance.

Analytical, Judgmental and Decision Making Provide analytical data and reports to show site performance, help monitor usage, user experience and inform future development. Monitor and develop appropriate quality control processes to ensure all website content meets Trust requirements and accessibility requirements.
