**About our Research and Development Team**:
**The Role**

You will be responsible for conducting laboratory experiments, recording and analysing data, and preparing reports on their findings. You will work closely with the Head of R&D to ensure that all testing is conducted in a timely and accurate manner.

You may also be involved in the running of the QC testing lab and the design of new QC test methods.

**Everyday you’ll**:

- Carry out chemical tests on in-house and customer samples, following established procedures and protocols.
- Create and execute test plans and test cases to ensure that our products meet customer requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify and report defects, and work with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Write reports detailing test results, findings, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of testing activities into the product development process.
- Continuously improve testing processes and practices to optimize efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

**The interview process**:
Our internal interview process involves just two main stages:

- Call with the talent acquisition manager.
- Video call, and competency-based questions with our Head of R&D.
- Site Visit with Head of R&D and Head of Technical or Head of Operations.

The process time to about 2-3 weeks and will work around your availability as much as possible.
