**Are you a JIRA/Tooling Authority looking for your next exciting assignment, working to support one of the UK’s largest businesses within Governance and Security?**

We are looking for someone to design, implement and lead the support infrastructure to improve the sophisticated and high value/medium risk programmes and portfolios of projects. We are undergoing a drastic strategy change and would love to have you at the forefront of this, driving new processes, developing new ways of working and able to bring both JIRA instances together in the future

**What you will be doing**:

- Participating in sales campaigns to demonstrate support office capability to clients.
- Defining the detailed scope and results for the support office with both internal and external clients as well as establishing budgets and handling assigned resources.
- Producing accurate performance forecasts and reporting on variances.
- Compiling project/service risk and issue registers and ensuring robust management and mitigation of risk levels.
- Providing management services to support service delivery. This may include, but is not limited to: compilation of budget and forecast figures; capability planning; landmark/delivery planning.
- Ensuring effective client engagement and collaborator management for project/service delivery.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience and knowledge of JIRA & database management.
- Migration experience
