Office Administrator Assistant

Job Summary:
The role is as an Office Administrator, also known as Office manager, office assistant, Office Administration, Administrative assistant
**Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide support to other team members as needed
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and QuickBooks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
