Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Relations Officer based in Chichester. This is a 12 month contract working full time hours.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing FOI’s and customer complaints, acting with integrity and professionalism, monitoring of our service delivery and improvement planning using information gained directly from the customer perspective.
- Working within the Customer Relations Team to deliver an effective and efficient complaints resolution service, advising customers, service users and staff at all stages of the procedure and ensuring satisfactory outcomes
- Be responsible for accurate recording and monitoring of complaints and compliments and production of data for reporting.
- Working with management to take direct responsibility for resolution at the appropriate level including management of the stage one process.
- Undertake initial investigation, evaluation and recording of complaint through detailed questioning of complainant or their advocate.
- Provide support for investigations of complaints.
- Arrange meetings, hearings and review panels, providing specialist administrative support before and at meetings, including notetaking.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of handling difficult sensitive issues in a customer facing context
- High level of communication and relationship building skills for dealing with range of parties involved in a complaint
- Experience in dealing with complaints and resolution
- Strong IT and communication skills
