Responsibilities:

- Assist in meal preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen manager
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule
