My client is a leading Surrey based business, who is seeking a Part of Fully Qualified Accountant to join their organisation as a Finance Business Partner, with a specific focus on IT Systems and Project Accounting. This is an exciting time to join thiscompany, which benefits from being led by an inspirational management team with a proven background in building and developing businesses.

This is a great role
- varied and interesting, and one which will see you working with all areas of the business. In this position, you will use your finance knowledge gained to date to work with internal and external stakeholders with IT systems development.

In this position, you will
- support the finance team in the area of finance systems development
- be the finance lead on all IT projects
- oversee the testing of systems from a finance point of view, determining fit for purpose assessments
- liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- be responsible for data control, reconciliations and testing
- identify areas of improvement including additional system improvements as needed
- heavily contribute, from a finance perspective, to system upgrade and new product flow
- will use your finance background to help develop finance systems
- is from an insurance background
- is strong in excel
- is passionate about accurate data control and processing
- can effectively communicate to all levels of the business
- can commute to the Surrey office once a month
