Grafton Banks Finance is working with a leading FMCG business based in Redhill to recruit its new Commercial Finance Business Partner.

This strongly commercial role represents a great opportunity to influence the direction of the business. It involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate promotional and business planning proposals as well as development projects and campaigns.

We are looking for a qualified accountant with commercial finance/ business partnering experience gained in a large business. Strong communication skills and highly developed analytical skills are essential.

You will be responsible for the monthly forecast for your customers and providing analysis, explanations and suggestions for corrective action where the actual performance varies from planned projections. You will also play a key role in the annual budget and long-term planning processes. Additionally, the role involves various projects ranging from revenue growth management to systems improvements.

The role is hybrid working with 3 days in the offices. Salary for this role is up to £65,000 + 10% car allowance and other benefits including 10% bonus, generous pension, individual private healthcare, and 25 days holiday.
