**Job Summary**

Leading CDW's strategic partner growth program with Cisco, Dell Technologies & Microsoft. You will be responsibility for developing and executing strategies to drive market leading growth & investment in these key partnerships. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, strategic thinking & executive relationship management skills at multiple levels across CDW & aligned partners on an international footprint.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead & develop the strategic partner growth plan alongside CDW's core execution stakeholders across sales, presales & marketing
- Deliver significant contribution & influence to the GTM linking partner objectives with CDW strategic goals working in collaboration with The Office of the CTO
- Maximise revenue growth & gross profit with Cisco, Dell Technologies & Microsoft
- Build & deliver an integrated services portfolio within PPM & ITS
- Ensure strategic partner programs are measured, executed with agreed metrics & key objectives
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, ITS & Finance to ensure partner programs are met inline with company objectives
- Build significant & meaningful international relationships at all levels within Cisco, Dell Technologies & Microsoft
- Present monthly program reviews highlighting performance across Cisco, Dell Technologies & Microsoft connecting sales leadership, ITS & the ELT. Including a weekly update with senior leaders

**Management Responsibilities**
- 5+ years line management experience with highly effective leadership demonstrating delivery of consistent results
- Developed organisational, and management skills with the ability to establish mutual respect at all levels through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
- Create and foster a progressive team environment
- Lead and inspire to deliver agreed measure against accelerator partner programs creating a leading brand in market
- Conduct weekly 121 meetings with KPI's which are performance led ensuring we are building future talent.
- Collaborate with other leaders across the business to help foster a safe space for an inclusive and diverse approach to innovation and problem solving.
- Build and retain a talent pool that establishes strong bench strength and succession opportunity.
- Ensure staffing levels are maintained in order to complete all aspects of the company's investment strategy.
- Align the team with the CDW Way behaviours and associated values.

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**
- Must have strong experience of working with or within aligned partners
- Minimum of 10 years' experience within the reseller channel across marketing, category management, sales or partner management.
- Strong understanding of business strategy, market dynamics & industry trends
- Demonstrate experience of driving performance results through partnership with sales & other customer facing, effecting stakeholders
- Ability to influence & build rapport with internal & external stakeholders
- Proven track record of building Partner strategies and investment models.
- Excellent ability to communicate & negotiate with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to listen, translate and articulate requirements.
- Excellent planning, organisation and reporting skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience that supports organisation-wide business acumen.
- History of balancing competing priorities with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to make informed decisions
- History of building and maintaining productive working relationships
- Computer skills: Must be adept in use of M365, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
