In your new role you will be required to - Improvement of production KPIs; downtime, efficiency, waste
- Adherence to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) targets
- Reactive maintenance/repairs
- Energy Usage
- H&S Audit Scores - Working the night shift,9.45pm-6am Sunday-Thursday
What you'll need to succeed
Engineering Qualification (time served) Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience of the following: automation, high speed flow wrappers, delta robot, case erectors/closers, fully integrated conveying system. will consider applicants with a similar background.Excellent prioritisation, organisation and time management skills
- Adopts a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate and build relationships with internal and external contacts
- Flexible and adaptable to support the businessthrough change and drive improvement for the long term
