**Salary**: From £21,760 (can progress base salary to £25,700) with uncapped commission.

**Working hours**:Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8pm to 5pm.

**About the job**:
As a customer service onboarding consultant, you will be setting up new customers and supporting them during their first month with us. As many of these customers are based in the Spain, you will be working from 8pm to 5pm to suit this timezone.

A positive and confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner, you will be the first interaction for many prospective customers looking for a tech-led solution to their challenges. As a member of the customer support team, you will play a key role in handling customer support calls to onboard new customers and resolve any queries timely and efficiently.

**What will you do?**
- Onboard new customers by delivering training.
- Handle inbound customer support calls and answer webchats and tickets.
- Record customer data accurately.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and training sessions with clients.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Hit your call time and upselling targets using a “soft sales” approach.
- Provide excellent customer service

- Great organisation and attention to detail to manage your phone, diary and data systems. _(Essential)_
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums. _(Essential)_
- Resilience to bounce back from unhappy customers. _(Essential)_
- Empathy for customers and the ability to remain calm and professional. _(Essential)_
- Have a good understanding of tech (Android, iOS, Windows) and experience using Google Suite. _(Desirable)_
- At least 1 year’s experience in customer service/support. _(Desirable)_
