**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of key clients accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Cold calling potential prospect clients.
- Ensure that quotes and orders are processed in the correct way.
- Liaising with other departments, making sure products are in stock and being shipped in a timely manor.
- Ensure customers outstanding orders are actioned promptly.
- Partake in product training, utilising our technical resource.
- Proactively follow up new enquiries coming in.
- Proactively booking up appointments for Sales Representatives.
- Following up quotations.

**Experience Required**:
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- At least 2 years in a similar internal sales position, ideally within the Tiling industry, or similar.
- A personable attitude with the ability to build rapport with Customers and Clients.
- Experience of cold calling new clients to win business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication stills.
- A Full UK Driving Licence with vehicle.
