**Internal Sales Representative**

**The Role**:
Trimline Group is looking for a Internal Sales Representative with corporate social media management experience, to join their growing team in Swanley. Managing Incoming Enquiries and follow these up to win new orders. Upsell on new incoming orders, and win new potential business from existing clients. To research and proactively contact new prospects, in line with Trimlines target customer profile. To research and proactively develop new project leads, in line with Trimlines target project sectors

Pass new leads and enquiries to the Sales Team

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Use Glenigan leads to find new project opportunities
- Research from industry bodies, new potential accounts that aren’t currently on our system
- Telemarket to existing customers who have no account manager, to take them to enquiry stage
- Log phone calls into the CRM system, and plan follow up calls
- Book appointments for the Sales Team, following on from new prospect enquiries
- Qualify new projects inline with our target sector, in view of passing a warm project lead to the Sales Team
- Finding new customers and following these customers up to ensure Trimline is their main supplier
- Other duties may be required form time to time, from the Senior Management Team

- Excellent communication skills in the English language
- Able to prioritise and meet targets etc.
