Lead Animator

Hi, we’re Treehouse. We’re a Poole based boutique realtime production company by the sea that specializes in using Unreal Engine to tell awesome stories. We’re embarking on an exciting feature film (for cinematic release) and we are growing our team to support it and other future projects. This is a full time job, we're not really looking for freelancers.

We are producing high-quality, hyper-realistic animation for our feature film production, with in-house motion capture being the backbone of it all.

If you have a passion for animation and can use Unreal or Maya, then we want to hear from you

...especially if you're had experience leading a creative team.

**Requirements**:

- A strong Animation portfolio demonstrating excellent timing, emotion, weight and believability.
- Experience mentoring team members
- Motion-capture experience
- Excellent knowledge of Maya
- Technical and creative problem solving.

You would be an absolute superstar if you possessed the following bonus skills:

- Cleaning mo-cap data
- General knowledge of Unreal Engine
- A small amount of scripting knowledge - Mel or Python preferred.
- Previous experience in a VFX environment.
- An understanding of rigging.
