As part of our dedicated finance team, the Credit Controller will play a vital role in maintaining strong financial control and ensuring the smooth functioning of our credit management processes.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Credit Risk Assessment**: Conduct thorough assessments of the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, utilizing financial analysis and industry data.

**Debt Collection**: Take proactive measures to manage and collect outstanding debts, closely monitoring payment timelines, and resolving issues promptly.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance overall satisfaction.

**Credit Policy Compliance**: Ensure strict adherence to the company's credit policies and procedures and collaborate with the accountants to implement improvements.

**Credit Limit Monitoring**: Regularly review and adjust credit limits based on customer payment history, financial status, and business requirements.

**Reporting**: Generate comprehensive reports on outstanding debts, aged debt analysis, and other relevant credit control metrics for regular review by the Accountants.

**Dispute Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer account disputes in coordination with relevant departments to maintain positive customer relationships.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the finance team to contribute to effective cash flow management and financial decision-making processes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Credit Controller.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of credit control best practices and relevant regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
