**Deputy Manager Learning Disabilities required for a purpose built Supported Living Service based near Southampton, Hampshire - £27300 per annum**

**Person Centred Care to Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and associated Complex Behaviours**

Role of the Deputy Manager Learning Disabilities
- Creating and maintaining Person Centred Support Plans
- Ensuring High quality support is provided to the Service Users you support
- Reporting to the Service Manager and also working with other Assistant Managers in the team
- Delegate duties to Support Workers
- Promote Good Practice at all times and act as a positive role model
- Supporting a staff team
- Liaise with the team to ensure the services are adequately staffed
- Take part on the on call rota

Requirements of Deputy Manager Learning Disabilities role
- Experience managing a team of Support Workers
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care
- 2-3 years supervisory experience
- Learning Disabilities experience is useful
- Strong IT skills and ability to create and analyse a variety of reports relating to the Service
- Driver with own vehicle
- Ability to prioritise your workload
- A can do attitude
- Experience of writing rotas
- You will be working a mixture of early and late shifts over 7 days
