**About Our Client**:
Our client is a leading distributor with over 130 branches.

Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

- Dealing with high volume outgoing and inbound calls from customers and branches
- Working closely with companies branches and external customer to resolve queries
- Generation and sending of appropriate chasing letters when necessary
- Placing accounts on stop/taking accounts off stop at the appropriate times
- Liaising with Branch's and senior management regarding payment performance on accounts
- Escalating as necessary to Regional Credit Manager/Branch Managers
- Reviewing aged debt
- Account reconciliation, query resolution
- Ledger reviews
- Cash allocation
- Prioritisation and allocation of unallocated cash and unidentified payments

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be considered for this role you will have:

- Knowledge and expertise of working in a similar role
- Experience in a Shared Service Centre
- Excellent communication skills
- Show delivery of 5* customer service
- Team player
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent rapport and relationship building skills

This role is working from home, and going into the office once or twice a month in Tamworth.

**What's on Offer**:
Immediate start available

Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm, and 9am - 5pm (alternates)

Remote working (access to Tamworth office for team meetings required)

Permanent opportunity available
