Barton Hall Hotel is a contemporary yet elegant Grade II* listed Hotel in the heart of Northamptonshire set in 10 acres of mature gardens and grounds.

We proudly opened our doors in 2012 following an extensive renovation project, emerging as a highly contemporary yet elegant Venue suitable for Weddings, Private Events, Conferencing, and leisure breaks away.

Barton Hall is continuously investing and changing our business model and we are very proud to announce we will be opening our brand new Spa facility The Garden Spa which will feature a **6m x 6m Hydrotherapy pool**, **Sauna, and Steam room**.

We are on the lookout for exceptional Spa Receptionist.

**Responsibilities**
- Making first impressions count
- you will greet all our guests and give them the best Barton Hall Welcome
- To have proven admin skills, the ability to think on your feet and problem solve;
- Ability to manage bookings within our Core Premier System.
- Serving our food and beverage offering to our Spa guests.
- Reception or Reservations experience within a hotel or spa environment, however, more important is your ability to provide great service and build rapport with guests
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
- Flexibility to assist in the running and service of the Spa when required.

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 2, IHBC City and Guilds, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working within a salon or spa environment
- Have a desire to deliver consistently high standards
- Be able to prepare well and keep to a timetable
- Be naturally cheerful, friendly, and approachable
- Have excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £10.42 per hour
